Nestled on the banks of the Parramatta River, this sprawling two-bedroom penthouse has more than a magnificance vista to offer. 
The owners - both avid art enthusiasts  - wanted to create a colourful, electic interior to compliment their vast collection of prints and bold furniture pieces. Natural finishes were added to balance the exuberant palette, including polished concrete flooring, stone bench tops and bamboo ceilings.

 

An outdoor retreat complete with deciduous orange tree and a myriad of green spilling from cast concrete planters, further ground the penthouse, creating an oasis to behold.
